PLCS powder loading and conveying system is designed for short distance conveying, loading and moving of wide variety of powders, granular resins and dusty regrinds with different particle sizes material to one destination. It is also ideal for conveying pellets in applications where the unit's location restricts manual filter cleaning.
The PLCS Series are built with 316 L and 304 stainless steel for the areas of material contacts, and complied to GMP requirement

PLCS conveying & loading system consist of material container, pipeline, vacuum conveyor, control system and so on. The max distance to convey is 30m in height or 90m in length and the max conveying capability can reach 18 t/h.
