PCK series: Automatic Pharmaceutical Packaging machine

Pharmaland PCK series is an fully automatic packaging line designed for solid dosage packaging need for tablet, capsule and softgel products . The fully automatic packaging line may start from bottle sorting & loading, counting, cap loading, cotton/paper/desiccant inserting, inline capper, induction sealing and labeling & printing.

Main Features:

  1. Multi-channel 16 and 32 option and three step vibration to convey and double dropping funnel
  2. Used for various shape or size of the tablets, capsules and soft capsules
  3. Touch-screen and PLC control with user-friendly operator panel

  5. Three vibration layers & channels ensure the uniformed delivery and speed
  6. No bottle or bottle jam stopping system; and automatic starting when the problem is solved

  8. Vacuum cleaning and dust collector minimize the dust contamination

  10. Auto- rejecting devices for rejecting uncapped bottle and unsealed lids

ITEM #6: PCA2000 Automatic Induction Sealer

Characters:

  • Based on the electromagnetic induction principle it produces swirled and instant heat on the surface of the foil so that the foil may stick to the bottle mouth and reaches the purpose of sealing bottles with sealed caps.
  • Suitable for both independent operation and production line operation.
