Automatic Capsule Filling machine (PCF Series)

The PCF- capsule filler is equipped with the latest technologies of encapsulation and optimized structure for operation, monitoring and trouble-shooting. Designed with two main structures, the PCF series is the prefect machine for starting-up to high performance or larger volume of production.

The machine special structure has fully enclosed segments, capsule alignment station and turning parts, consequently it may avoid powder cross contamination, as it keeps minimum exposure to it. The machines are built with stainless steel and industrial recognized quality brand electronic components, and meet most international safety standard and GMP requirement.

The machine may be dosed and filled with powder, granular and pellet, and used for veggie capsule and hard two piece gelatine capsule. One machine could have an optional applying for multiple filling of various particle and formula.
