1. Table-Top Solid Dose Counting Bottling Machines
The table-top counting and bottling machine is deigned for an alternative operation of solid dose (tablet & capsule) packaging . It is very easy to operate, without need of special training. The machine is built with stainless steel and meets GMP standards.
- Equipped with unique detective sensor designed to prevent missing count to ensure the counting accuracy. A dust collector is attached inside to prevent the dust accumulating to interrupt machine counting.
- Counting speed is adjustable according to need
- Vibrator Speed of tablet/capsule loading chute is adjustable to meet the need of counting speed.
- PTC-1000 is placed with two bottle nozzles for continuous counting and filling. One bottle is always in place for filling. The operator simply picks up a full bottle and replaces it with an empty bottle.
- PTC-2000 is placed with four bottle nozzles for continuous counting and filling. two bottle is always in place for filling, operator place two empty bottles and take two filled bottles away each time to provide double counting speed of PTC-1000 model.
